You'll continue to have full access to all features until the end of your current billing period. For example, if you cancel on day 15 of a monthly subscription, you'll have access until day 30.
Your subscription will not automatically renew. You won't be charged again after your current period ends.
After your billing period ends, your account will revert to the Free tier. You'll retain access to your manuscripts and basic features, but premium features will be restricted.
If you cancel within 14 days of your initial subscription or upgrade, you're eligible for a full refund. Contact our support team to request a refund.
After the 14-day period, refunds are generally not available. However, we may consider partial refunds on a case-by-case basis for exceptional circumstances. Contact support to discuss your situation.
Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days and will be credited back to your original payment method. You'll receive an email confirmation once the refund is processed.
You can reactivate your subscription at any time by going to Settings → Subscription and selecting a plan. Your previous settings and data will be restored, and you'll regain access to all premium features immediately.
If you reactivate within 30 days of cancellation, you may be eligible for special reactivation offers. Contact support for details.
We retain your account data, manuscripts, and content for at least 90 days after cancellation. After this period, data may be permanently deleted. You can export your data before canceling by going to Settings → Data Management.
Important: Export Your Data
Before canceling, make sure to export any manuscripts, notes, or data you want to keep. Once deleted, data cannot be recovered.
